Spiritual Regression Regression Session. In Spiritual Regression, the focus is on going to the spiritual realm to meet your guides and ask questions about your life. We usually run through childhood (positive or neutral memories only), then backward on the timeline to before you were born, then to the spirit world. Usually approximately 3 hours but can go longer. Please let Marcella know if you have to be out of the office at a specific time.

This session is for the pregnant mother to connect with her unborn child. Ask questions like- 'What do you want to be named?', 'Why are you choosing this family to come into?', 'What are the contracts between you and mom?' and so much more.
The session may be done via phone or in person.

In this phone session you should have a safe quiet place where you can recline or lay down with no interruptions for 2+ hours. I can never tell how long the session will actually go as I will not stop if spirit is directing me to finish a point or question.
You will also want to reserve the rest of the day for journaling and processing (a walk is good too).
